Whether you’re new to energy work, or have been at it for some time, chances are you’re aware of the chakra system. This system is derived from the ancient Vedic texts of India, which as it has been passed down through the ages, has been adapted and expanded upon. Today, when people typically refer to chakras, they’re speaking of the seven centers (or wheels) of energy in the human body. One of the best feelings we can have is being secure in ourselves, and knowing that we’re exactly where we’re supposed to be.
