Although The Law of Attraction sounds like something you may have learned about in 4th grade when your teacher was going over how magnets work, this is not quite what the Law of Attraction is really about. The Law of Attraction we are going to be talking about in this article deals more with our upper Consciousness and the power of positive thinking. If you are waiting for a miracle to happen but it seems out of reach, look no further than these three simple steps to help you feel closer to those dreams and miracles you once felt were entirely out of reach.
The Law of Attraction is based upon the belief that thoughts are forms of energy and that positive energy, in particular, attracts success in all areas of life including health, finances, and relationships. With The Law of Attraction being able to support many different areas of our lives, it is important to hone in on one or two specific areas to really focus your energy. This is when you get to reflect on what your heart truly desires, not just what you want for dinner or what store you want to go to next time you hit the mall.
Are you looking for a romantic partner, a new job, or a change in scenery? Focus on what you are craving and think about the specifics of that in which you desire. Remember when you are using the Law of Attraction no desire is too big or too small. Once you have captured one miracle, move onto another. Your miracles are yours to have and there is no need to feel selfish for wanting what is already meant for you.
If you find this initial step difficult, some ways to help work out what you want to attract into your life include journaling, talking to friends and family, and even searching the internet. Journaling can help map out the little things you desire in life and see how they connect to the bigger picture of what you want. Talking to other people in your life can be helpful as well. Sometimes, those people who are close to you may find it easier to point out what it seems you are lacking in life better than you can.
It never hurts to ask for help. Additionally, there is no harm in searching the internet to see what other people are manifesting into their lives. Seeing what someone else is working towards may spark an idea in your own head or remind you of those hidden desires in your heart. If you want to know more about the science of manifestation check out this article for some great in-depth explanation.
After you have found what is that you want to attract into your life the second step is taking action by using the Law of Attraction. Taking action in this case deals with focusing your energy on your desires through meditation, and other ways you prefer to manifest your miracles.
There are three different laws of attraction according to this article by LifeCoach. They are:
“Like Attracts Like” has to do with the idea that a lack of something attracts more of a lack of something like negative thoughts attract more negative thoughts in a vicious cycle that is hard to break. So in order to attract miracles and things you want to practice positive thinking, and putting good things in your life to help attract the things that you want. For example, if you are trying to attract wealth, it is important to begin saving your money and surrounding yourself with others who are good at saving money, reading books about gaining wealth, and other things of that nature.
“Nature Abhors a Vacuum” is based on the laws of thermodynamics. This law talks about atoms and how it is physically impossible to create a completely empty space because atoms are always present in any space. Similarly, it will be easier to attract new things if you clear out space for new things to be attracted into your life. For example, if you are wanting to attract a new romance or new friends, it may benefit you to break off relationships that you are not feeling fulfilled by.
“The Present is Always Perfect” law talks about how even if you are not completely pleased with whatever your current situation may be, act as though it is. This all comes back to the power of positive thinking. For example, if you are not happy with your current job, think as though you are happy with your job and take extra steps to make your current job as enjoyable for yourself as you can in the present moment. Now, this does not mean you should quit searching for a new job, but if you are interviewing for new jobs and a new employer notices your positive attitude about your current career you may be more likely to get a new job rather than someone who is extremely negative and wants nothing more than their current situation to end.
Once you have a better background understanding of how the Law of Attraction works, it will be easier to dive into manifesting miracles for yourself. Applying all of these concepts to your life will be the most beneficial.
Once you know what you want to manifest, it is time to focus on positive thinking, surrounding yourself with people and things that support your dreams, and come up with a plan to make your miracles come true. Meditation is going to be a great tool in this step of focusing your energy. If you end each night and start each day visualizing your ideal life, and those miracles you are hoping for, the more likely they are to happen. Focus your energy on the good and not the bad. If you are skeptical of this step, one of my favorite quotes can relate. “What if I fall? Oh but darling, what if you fly?” The worst thing that could happen is you find out this technique is not working for you. It will definitely be worth your while to give it a try.
According to this article by a professional in the field, David S. Wilde, our thoughts and feelings and their corresponding vibrational frequencies actually get “projected” or transmitted out into the world, similar to a radio transmitter, which reflects back to us resulting in our perceptions of the world. This means that we create our world through our thoughts, their resulting feelings, and their vibrational transmissions.
Here are some different miracle manifestation affirmations to use to attract your desires:
You can choose to do all of these affirmations, pick and choose different ones, or take creative freedom and make your own affirmations. Patience is key here. The phrase “Good things take time” definitely applies. You can practice The Law of Attraction daily, weekly, or even once a month if that is what you are most comfortable with.
What is meant to be yours will be yours. Those miracles you are waiting for are closer than they may appear. Do not underestimate the power of your mind and what you are capable of attracting into your life. One of my professors in school once said “If you are going golfing and the green is in between a pond and the trees and you are focusing all of your energy on not hitting the ball into the pond, the ball will end up in the pond”. There is power in focusing on the bad as well, and this is what we hope to avoid. I believe that good things will be coming your way in the near future as long as you stay positive and faithful.
