Lunch keeps you going throughout the day and dinner gives you a filling end to it. Breakfast is the first of at least three amazing meals for the day, and you deserve to start it off right. We often end up eating the same things for breakfast day by day. Our choices are often really simple, and frankly pretty boring. Some of us don’t even eat breakfast at all!

Don’t neglect your breakfast. Make it a priority to give yourself a good morning meal. You can have a breakfast that is filling, tasty, and healthy. There are so many options for vegetarian breakfasts that there is no reason to ever be bored with your choices. As long as you learn what’s available to you, you won’t need to eat the same breakfast all the time- unless it's your favorite!  A smoothie bowl is a great nutrient dense breakfast that’s packed with fruit. It’s similar to a regular smoothie, except that it’s blended to a thicker consistency to make it prime for toppings. It’s far more filling than a typical smoothie! When you drink a smoothie for breakfast, it won’t be long before you’re hungry again. A smoothie bowl will keep you full until lunch. A meal tends to be more substantial when you scoop it up and eat it rather than drink it. This meal will have you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. It does not require too much more work than a drinkable smoothie would. Once you pour the blended contents into a bowl, you can add whatever toppings you’d like to it. You can add dried or fresh fruits, nuts, or granola. Add a mixture of all those things and anything else that you feel goes well together.
