First and foremost I wanna pay my respects to Mobb Deep for
inspiring this remake of their song Survival of the Fittest. I
studied their lyrics for a long time and was really impacted by
the pain that was behind a lot of what they are discussing in
the song.
"Sendin' this one out to all the ladies and my
girls at nakturnal, grab your journal, its eternal"
almost every women i have chosen to work with, or who has
chosen to work with me has some creative gift to offer the
world. they are also powerful creators….i encourage them to
write it down and make it happen!
"See if you feel this"
"the fear isnt out there, no ma its just love"
fear and love exist within us and are reflected in the outside
world we see. the fear we see in the world is a reflection of
our own fear, the universe is fundamental comprised of love.
"We co-create this pain inside forever"
we are creating constant struggle
"oh please, hu bee’s, just take a look"
hu be’s was a funny short hand for human beings. i think we
all need to do some serious self reflection.
"a life can change from a person story or book"
i have heard stories of turmoil, read books that changed my
perspective and met people who forever impacted me. we all
need to see is what these influences are and really decide if
they are the influences we wish to reflect back to the world.
"You hooked, cause ain't no such thing as
halfway lifted"
on some level, when you find that true nature inside you to
seek who and what we are, there is no turning back, you
always have this in the back of the mind, asking questions.

i think we all have guide from other worlds, regardless of if we
see, hear or feel them. by crown, i am specifically talking
about the crown chakra.
"It's similar in shaman law"
this just kinda came out – i have always had an interest in
shamanism and native practices. i feel a definite connection
with the native americans. i feel the sacred practices by
which things are done, or the law so to speak that is followed
is so interesting and inspired. everything is done in a sacred
manner and when we open to spirit, this can be understood
more deeply.
"Now we all float up and fold, and beyond we in
control"
i guess i was kinda envisioning us all connecting with higher
realms of consiousness where we feel weightless and
expanded, a realm where we can control what is happening.
we can easily do so in this realm but, the fear based culture
makes it very difficult.

i had a vision of the riot gear being put on everyone in some
sort of revolution in the mobb deep lyric and thought that
perhaps a better weapon of protection, considering so much
of the “war” is psychic, would be gemstones. i really love
studying stones and their properties. they can protect, heal,
expand and much more.
"settin the babies free and our third eye steady"
i think children are the most important resource we have that
needs protected, over oil, guns, and money! i think children
are totally connected to their third eye, and higher self…it is
the socialization that disconnects.
"hand healing is subtle, we touch you"
i think our energy has the ability to heal and hurt. i have
experienced this personally. it is subtle but affective. some
call this practice reiki and even some hospitals are
incorporating it into treatment.
"cells expand no bs to go home wit"
cellular expansion is one such hands on healing i have
experienced and the idea is that the cells are actually infused
with light and healing energy. given our cellular memory holds
pain within our dna, it is important to give them attention. i
think we could all do this ourselves if needed.

rapture"
I often feel heavy, i am sometime very weighted down by my
concerns for the world, what is seemily the rapture…i have for
many years been nearly obsessed with what is wrong…i am
trying now to convert that energy into focusing on what is right
so that perhaps i can add to it as opposed to giving more
energy to the negativity.
"enlightenment, this is what i'm after"
i think we are all seeking to be a better us than before, i know
i am seeking this.

again, i can easily get caught in the struggle, pain and anger i
see around me.
"wish my ether was armor to absorb the stress"
We are electromagnetic. Ether, is the “substance” that is
between the nucleaus and electrons in the atoms in our body
and we aren’t solid. There is a lot of space between these
particles so our etheric body much more powerful than our
actual body. It is what our thoughts pass through and it’s a
higher frequency. This dude, while there are a few
inconsistencies in this article, explains it much better!
"God bless ur soul, the hematite is laid
searching for the scroll"
Wishing others well is obvious here and, I was kind of
reminded of the scene in the Di Vinci Code and the scroll that
was inside of the small bottle. I have been using hematite a
lot for grounding so, in essence I am saying, I am trying to get
grounded so that I can find the higher truth.
"holy grail quilt, the feminine re-enter"
This came from the Di Vince visual and my understanding of
the lie that was told about Jesus and how he really did have
women around him, who were part of his evolution and that
Mary Magdalene was actually the person to his left in the last
supper. I believe this to be true because I see no possibility
that such an enlightened being would not have been around
women. And, he was a man, I think it is possible that he
made love and had children. I also kinda like the idea that,
the feminine within all of us, men and women, is coming forth
like a warm quilt made by grandma to comfort humanity.

The time of seeing each other as separate really needs to
end if we want to survive.

Citrine is a gem that can be used to balance the solar plexus
chakra, which can be a harborer of guilt, jealousy and other
lower vibrational emotions. So, Citrine mixed with guilt can
balance.

Again, we are all seeing ourselves as separate, both
internally and with others, so I would love to see all my
demons and anyone outside me that is conflicted to come to
oneness, wholeness, together.

I have felt like an alien sort of being…different from others
because I was adopted and never knew anyone else who
was so I can relate to that outkast kind of feeling and how it
turned me into a hardcore people pleaser to fit in. But, I can’t
regret it, and we all need to just except all sides of ourselves,
and all sides of others.

We are all so used to hearing of male gods, I don’t
necessarily have a solidified view of what god is but respect
all ideas about it. But, I believe we all have a
masculine/feminine energy within us that is part of the creator
and allows us to be, and create. I know at times, perhaps
because I can’t always explain some of my feelings very well,
it can seem fake or like I am regurgitating but I am a very logic
based person and came to many of these conclusions or
understandings I discuss by trial and error and literally testing
all of these theories. I went from being angry, aware, and
educated on the ills of the world, to a powerful creator who
actually feels like I can do something about it now.

At this point, we have come a long way but, the state of the
world is at a very critical time, we can’t stop the progress and
have to end the hate/fear.

The law of attraction has been the single most important
theory in my life. I really know that thoughts, become things.

am working really hard to be aware, but, positive so that I am

I learned about vortexes while in Sedona and felt their power.
"Go with the flow you know when the crow gets
low"
I love that saying that, happiness isn’t a life without obstacles,
its being able to deal with obstacles…going with the flow and
releasing fear and resentment is so important. The second
part was a visual of a crow flying low, instead of high in its
glory and its feathers being stuck in all sorts of obstacles.

I have always only wanted love from others and when I don’t
feel it, it just makes me want to work harder to spread love.

My birth mother won’t speak to me, we have never met…so,
although I am happy I was adopted, its kinda like she gave up
on me, twice. So, I really did spend a lot of time, wondering
what was wrong with me, and wishing that she would be in
my life. Fortunately, I recently found my father, who is open to
meeting and being in my life. And, I am not mad at her, I know
how hard it must have been and I forgive and still want to
create the possibility that we will one day meet and at least be
friends.

I learned about the 5th sun at an event put together by some
local Pittsburghers who are Mayan. Then, my mentor learned
of Pgh’s connection to 2012 and I really feel this is an
amazing time in which we have the opportunity to choose a
new, inclusive path of love and light where all people are
respected and taken care of.

You can ask anyone who knows me, I have been
transformed, many times over. I really am a whole new
person and, there were times where I felt like I was being
connected to beings in other worlds…who helped me
transition.

It seems that when we are hateful, angry or mean to another,
it is really us that suffers, so, keep in mind before you hurt

way. Admitting you were wrong, while hard on the ego, will do
wonders for the higherself. I am workin on that!

Science is now showing us how our bodies work, and how
we really are spiritual beings. From studying ether to
quantum physics, it used to be that if you asked a scientist if
they believed in god, they would say no, I am a scientist. Now
many of them say, of course I believe in god, I am a scientist.

I learned from a mentor that the 528 hertz sound, that was
produced by tuning forks at a gathering was the frequency of
miracles. And, I felt it! It heals DNA! I believe strongly in the
power of sound healing and intend to incorporate this more in
my music ASAP!
"Take responsibility and stop all the blame"
I feel as people, and as society, we are so ready to blame
others than to look at our own faults and take responsibility. It
really could be freeing to do so, and I think it is so important in
the coming years on a global scale to be accountable on
every level.
"No need to shoot bigger than me"
Wars are fought to increase the monetary gain of the wealthy
and in general, I believe weapons of any kind are better off
disappearing into oblivion. Lets replace them with
compassion, love and peace.

We all have an obsession with fame and I think fame creates
more separation, jealousy and various other things that are
not healthy. I think we would all be served to see everyone as
humans, plain and simple.

This is referring to a theory that, while has been derailed at
times, is something I genuinely believe happens. You can
find similar explanations of these sort of ideas in Malcolm
Gladwells tipping point.

While it may seem that there are only a few people working for
change, it really is much more than a few!
